Precious Hope is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt nonprofit organization based in Delaware. Our mission is to develop and empower the Delaware community and its surroundings by providing essential social services, human services, Charitable and personal care services. We are dedicated to fostering community engagement and creating a healthy environment for everyone.

A Leader Committed to Community Impact
Dr. Kayode Abegunde earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Ado Ekiti, Nigeria, and went on to complete a Master of Business Administration in Finance and Healthcare Administration at Wilmington University. He pursued doctoral coursework at both Capella University and Wilmington University, and was subsequently awarded an honorary doctorate in Data Management from IUIM.
His career spans an impressive range of leadership roles, including Director of Services, Senior Accountant, Auditor, Financial Analyst, Principal Consultant, and Chief Executive Officer. He has also served in key positions within nonprofit organizations, contributed as a dedicated board member, and founded several impactful initiatives.
As the Director and Founder of Precious Hope, Dr. Abegunde continues to lead with vision, compassion, and unwavering commitment to community empowerment and humanitarian service.
